Project 5: Arch-flow

This is a renovation project for the Carrara quarry in Italy. I used the arches and pillars in the ancient Roman bath as a design element to combine with the cascades of the quarry and the saline-alkali lakes to form a new design language. The water flow in the mountain of the NO.84 pit is used to form a water flow to increase the fluidity and stratification of the space and form a new spatial state. I hope to revitalize the original abandoned quarry, making it a place where visitors can relax and feel the natural beauty of the quarry.
